# Passpoint Connect

> Hotspot 2.0 / Passpoint profile-based automatic WiFi access

Passpoint Connect delivers **automatic WiFi onboarding** using Hotspot 2.0 / Passpoint profiles backed by Wiacom RADIUS infrastructure. Once a device has the profile installed, it connects to Passpoint-enabled SSIDs automatically — no portal redirect, no passphrase entry, no manual SSID selection.

## No API Required

Passpoint Connect does not require a cloud API integration with the WiFi controller. It is configured at the access point level using standard Hotspot 2.0 parameters and Wiacom RADIUS infrastructure — available on all vendors that support Hotspot 2.0.

## How It Works

  <Step title="RADIUS authentication">The Wiacom RADIUS infrastructure authenticates the device using EAP credentials embedded in the profile.</Step>
  <Step title="Access granted">The device is connected — no user interaction required.</Step>

## Requirements
