# Download Manager

> Access generated export files — PDF reports, voucher exports, and campaign data — ready for download.

The **Download Manager** is always visible in the navigation. It stores generated export files that are ready for download.

## What appears here

Files are added to the Download Manager automatically when an export is queued asynchronously — for example:

* [Traffic Analytics PDF reports](/client-reference/stats/traffic-analytics) generated via the Export button
* [Remarketing Campaign](/client-reference/campaigns/remarketing-campaigns) exports queued via the **Export contacts** button
* [Voucher](/client-reference/data-plans/vouchers) PDF and Excel exports for large code batches

Small exports (such as voucher CSVs with few codes) may download immediately rather than appearing here.

## Managing files

| Action       | Description                                                          |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Download** | Click the file name or download icon to save the file to your device |
| **Delete**   | Remove a file from the list once it is no longer needed              |

Files remain available in the Download Manager for a limited period after generation. The exact retention window depends on your account configuration.

  If a generated report is not appearing here after a few minutes, try refreshing the page. For large PDF reports covering many locations or a long date range, generation may take longer than usual.
