# Access Tracker

> Search and investigate individual device access history for troubleshooting purposes.

**Access Tracker** is a diagnostic tool for investigating device access history. It is intended for use by designated IT personnel within your organisation for troubleshooting connectivity issues and handling data subject requests.

## Searching

Search by any of the following:

* Phone number
* Name (partial matches supported)

Click **Search**. Results show all records matching the query.

## What the results show

For each matched record:

| Field               | Description                                      |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Location            | Location where the registration occurred         |
| Registration method | Login method used (Phone, Email, Facebook, etc.) |
| Registration date   | When the guest first registered                  |
| Last login          | Timestamp of most recent session                 |
| Visit count         | Total number of return visits                    |
| Status              | Active / Suspended / Revoked                     |
| Session history     | Recent sessions with timestamps and AP details   |

## Use cases

* **Connectivity troubleshooting** — investigate why a specific device is not connecting or is being rejected.
* **Access investigation** — verify whether a specific registration has active credentials and when they were last used.
* **Data subject requests** — locate records associated with a specific individual to support GDPR access or deletion requests. This should be handled only by your designated data protection contact in accordance with your organisation's internal procedures.
