# Sentbox

> Per-message SMS delivery log with individual delivery status for every message sent.

The **Sentbox** is the per-message delivery log for all SMS activity on the account. Where the Campaigns report shows campaign-level totals, the Sentbox shows the delivery status of each individual message.

## Table columns

| Column   | Description                              |
| -------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Campaign | Campaign name this message belongs to    |
| Location | Venue associated with the send           |
| Sender   | SMS sender name                          |
| SMS      | Message text (truncated)                 |
| Date     | Send datetime                            |
| Status   | Per-message delivery outcome — see below |

## Delivery statuses

| Status               | Meaning                                                                            |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Delivered**        | The SMS arrived on the recipient's device                                          |
| **Undelivered**      | The device was off, out of coverage, or the number was invalid at delivery time    |
| **Sent to operator** | The message reached the mobile carrier but has not yet been confirmed as delivered |
| **Waiting**          | The message is queued and will be sent                                             |

  Delivery confirmation depends on mobile network operator reporting. Some operators do not return delivery receipts, in which case a message may remain at **Sent to operator** status permanently even if it was received by the guest.
