# User Reports

> Users with an active Wiacom session — historical and live, with loyalty filtering.

**User Reports** shows guests who have a live Wiacom session — meaning they have completed registration and been granted internet access. Unlike Online Users, this report supports a date range filter for historical session queries.

## Filters

| Filter | Options |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Connection interval | Date range — query sessions in a historical period |
| Location | Single venue or all locations |
| Min / Max connection hour | Session time window within the day |
| Customer visits range | Min and max return visit count |
| Age range | Guest age band |
| Gender | All / Male / Female |
| Login method | Phone, Facebook, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Azure AD |

## Loyalty filtering

The **Customer visits (returns)** filter is the primary loyalty tool. Examples:

* Set minimum visits to `5` to find guests who have returned at least five times — ideal for a loyalty reward campaign.
* Set maximum visits to `1` to find first-time visitors only — useful for a welcome follow-up.
* Combine with a date range to find guests who visited frequently in a past period but have not returned recently.

## User cards

Each card shows the same fields as Online Users — partial name, contact, location, last login, total returns, returns in last 30 days, and login method — but also reflects the historical session data matched by the connection interval filter.
