# Managing Registrations

> View, manage, and integrate guest registrations

## Viewing Registrations

The registrations list is available under **Guest Connect → Registrations** for each location. It provides an overview of registration activity — visit counts, registration timeline, onboarding channel, and status — without exposing personal information in clear text.

All collected data is subject to the customer's data protection strategy, applicable legislation, and the DPO (Data Protection Officer) arrangements in place. Wiacom does not determine the purposes or means of processing — the venue operator is the data controller.

## Managing Access

| Action | Effect |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Suspend** | Immediately revokes the user's WiFi access on supported controllers |
| **Restore** | Re-activates a suspended registration |
| **Delete** | Permanently removes the registration record |

For **WiFi Pass** locations, suspending a registration immediately revokes the user's personal passphrase on the controller. For **Key Access** locations, the suspension is recorded in Wiacom but has no network-level effect.

## CRM, CDP, and External Integration

Registration events can be pushed in real time to external systems via:

* **Wiacom REST API** — pull or receive registration and visit events programmatically
* **Webhooks** — push events to any endpoint on registration, re-visit, or status change
* **Native CRM/CDP connectors** — direct integration with supported platforms

Data transmitted to external systems is governed by the customer's own data processing agreements and DPO arrangements. Wiacom does not expose personal data in clear text — all integrations use encrypted transport and are subject to the customer's access control configuration.

## Returning Guests

When a guest registers again using the same identity (email or social profile), Wiacom recognizes them, updates the record, and increments the visit count. No duplicate records are created.

## Privacy and Data Rights

Registered guests receive access to a **self-service privacy page** where they can view their consent record, request data correction, or exercise their right to erasure. This page is provided automatically for all Guest Connect registrations and linked in the confirmation email.

Deletion requests received via the privacy page or submitted directly to the venue operator can be actioned under **Registrations → \[record] → Delete**, which permanently removes the record from Wiacom.
