# Aruba

> Wiacom Portal integration with Aruba wireless — IAP, Controller, and Instant On

Wiacom integrates with Aruba wireless infrastructure in three hardware variants. All support Portal access via external splash page and RADIUS. WiFi Pass (iPSK) is supported on Aruba controller and IAP deployments.

## Hardware Variants

| Variant                 | Description                                             |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Aruba IAP / Instant** | Standalone access points with virtual controller        |
| **Aruba Controller**    | Centralised mobility controller managing APs            |
| **Aruba Instant On**    | Cloud-managed SMB APs — RADIUS accounting not supported |

  Aruba Instant On does not support RADIUS authentication and accounting. Some Wiacom analytics features (online users, network reports) and tiered bandwidth are unavailable on Instant On.
