# Overview

> Wiacom Portal integration with Ruckus wireless — SmartZone, ZoneDirector, and Cloud AP

Wiacom integrates with Ruckus wireless infrastructure across four management platforms. All support Portal access via Hotspot (WISPr) with RADIUS authentication.

## Hardware / Management Variants

| **SmartZone (v3.0+)**             | Centralised SmartZone controller — physical or virtual |
| **ZoneDirector (v9.8+)**          | Standalone ZoneDirector controller                     |
| **ZoneDirector (v9.7 and below)** | Legacy ZoneDirector — older configuration flow         |
| **Ruckus Cloud AP**               | Cloud-managed APs via cloud.ruckuswireless.com         |
