What to Expect

During your onboarding session the Wiacom team will:
  • Set up your account and create your first location
  • Connect your WiFi infrastructure (API, Local Config or Wiacom Agent).
  • Configure the onboarding channel and access features for your venue
  • Customize your portal or Guest Connect page with your branding
  • Walk you through the admin panel and reporting

Before the Session

It helps to have the following ready:
