Book a session with the Wiacom team to get your first location set up
What to Expect
During your onboarding session the Wiacom team will:- Set up your account and create your first location
- Connect your WiFi infrastructure (API, Local Config or Wiacom Agent).
- Configure the onboarding channel and access features for your venue
- Customize your portal or Guest Connect page with your branding
- Walk you through the admin panel and reporting
Before the Session
It helps to have the following ready:| Item | Notes |

| Controller access | API key (if API-connected) or admin credentials |
| Venue details | Name, address, timezone |
| Brand assets | Logo, brand colors |
| Preferred onboarding channel | Guest Connect, portal, or API |
