Wiacom Agent is a managed local appliance that bridges the Wiacom platform with WiFi infrastructure in environments where the controller or AP management interface is not directly reachable from the cloud. It is deployed inside the customer-controlled network and handles provisioning tasks on behalf of the Wiacom platform. No inbound connectivity is required.

Deployment Options

Wiacom Agent is available as:
  • VM image — VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM, or VirtualBox
  • Cloud VM image — inside the customer’s own Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS environment
  • Bare-metal image — on a mini PC, industrial gateway, or similar hardware
