Wiacom is a cloud-based WiFi identity, onboarding, engagement, analytics, and operational intelligence platform. It extends the capabilities of existing wireless infrastructure — turning WiFi into a secure, identity-aware layer for venues, enterprises, and multi-site operators — without replacing any hardware.

The Problem Wiacom Solves

Traditional venue WiFi offers two poor options: an open network (no identity, no security) or a shared WPA2 password (minimally secure, anonymous, unmanageable). Neither gives you:
  • Identity — who is connecting?
  • Consent — are you GDPR-compliant?
  • Control — can you revoke access for specific users?
  • Insight — visit frequency, dwell time, loyalty patterns?
  • Engagement — can you reach them after they leave?
Wiacom solves all of this while working alongside the WiFi infrastructure you already have. The platform separates two concerns deliberately:
  • Onboarding — how a user is registered, identified, and consented
  • Access — how a validated user is granted WiFi connectivity
A user onboarded through Guest Connect, a Captive Portal, a PMS check-in, a customer app, or any external system via API can then receive access through any of the platform’s access features: Portal, WiFi Pass, Key Access, Passpoint Connect, or Horizon — depending on the venue configuration and the WiFi vendor in use.
