Wiacom integrates with virtually any enterprise or SMB wireless infrastructure. The platform supports three integration modes — cloud API, local controller API, and manual configuration — and where neither API path is available, Wiacom Agent can bridge the gap. No hardware replacement is required. Wiacom works alongside your existing access points and controllers.

Integration Modes

Local controller API	Wiacom communicates with an on-premises controller	Vendor controller is self-hosted and exposes a local API (e.g. Ruckus SmartZone, UniFi)
Manual / Legacy	Device is configured directly with Wiacom RADIUS and portal settings	Any vendor — no API required
Wiacom Agent	Local appliance bridges Wiacom cloud to equipment inside a private network	Equipment is only reachable locally — no cloud API available
