Search
Find existing device records using one of five search modes. Select the search type from the Search By dropdown, fill in the corresponding field, and click Search.
An optional Location filter and Interval (date range) filter can be combined with any search mode to narrow results further.

Each row represents one device record. Rows with a passed expiry date are highlighted in yellow.Edit
Click Edit on any row to open the edit modal. The following fields can be updated:- Name
- Type (Guest / Staff / Device)
- Room
- Expiration date and time
- Location
Troubleshoot
Click Troubleshoot on any row to open the trace details modal for that device. The modal loads the following diagnostic sections: Credential status — whether the device has a valid access record and what state it is in. Online status — whether the device currently has an active session. Traffic statistics — session duration and data volume over time, rendered as a chart. Two series are shown: session time and total traffic (download + upload). Authentication logs — a timeline of access attempts for this device, rendered as a chart. Two series are shown: accepted and rejected attempts. Interval selector — by default the modal loads recent data. Use the Start time and End time fields and click Update Interval to analyse a specific historical window. Export to PDF — the full modal content (excluding the interval selector controls) can be exported as a PDF file. The filename includes the device MAC address.Add New
Navigate to Settings → Create MAC User to create a new record. Fill in the following fields:The WiFi vendor selection determines how the device’s access credentials are generated internally. It defaults to the primary vendor configured for the selected location. Only change it if you are provisioning a device on a secondary or different vendor at that location.
