The Stats submenu contains eight reporting and analytics items, split into two groups: Live user views — real-time snapshots of who is connected right now.

Item	What it shows
Online Users	Devices currently connected at the network layer
User Reports	Users with an active Wiacom session

Analytical reports — historical data, aggregates, and export tools.

Social / Demo Reports	Anonymised demographic breakdown of your audience
Traffic Analytics	Full analytics dashboard — connections, funnel, AP distribution, traffic
Advanced Campaigns Stats	Per-campaign SMS and email delivery detail
Campaigns	Table of all sent and scheduled SMS campaigns
Sentbox	Per-message SMS delivery log
